Ingredients:

- 2 cups cauliflower florets

- 1 onion, diced

- 1 potato, diced

- 1 tomato, diced

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and potato and sauté until the onion turns slightly brown. 

3. Add the cauliflower, tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

4. Add 1 cup of water and cover the pan. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked and the gravy has thickened.

5. Add more water if necessary and adjust the seasoning according to your taste.

6. Serve hot with rice or roti. Enjoy!️
