Capture :- How To make Roast Duck Recipe?
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Rinse the duck inside and out, and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Season the duck with salt and pepper both on the inside and outside.
4. Place the duck in a roasting pan, breast side up.
5. Roast the duck for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F when measured with a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the leg.
