Oven-Baked Mediterranean Branzino (Sea Bass) With Potatoes And Vegetables

This oven-baked Mediterranean branzino (sea bass) with potatoes and vegetables makes an impressive fish dinner that you can make any day of the week!
Ingredients:
-2 whole branzino, cleaned and scaled
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 lemon, thinly sliced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-1/4 cup white wine
-1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
-1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Place the branzinos on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and top each one with lemon slices.
3. In a small bowl, mix the garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and remaining olive oil together.
4. Rub the mixture onto the branzinos and pour the white wine over them.
5. Top each branzino with chopped parsley and place a small pat of butter on top.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
