👉 How To make Beef Chaap recipe
1. In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
3. Add 1 pound of cubed beef and cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
4. Pour 1 cup of water into the pan and add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
5. Season with 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, and a pinch of red chili powder (optional).
6. Stir in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Add 1 cup of cooked basmati rice and mix it into the beef mixture.
8. Stir in 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped, and continue to simmer until the sauce is thickened.
9. Taste for seasoning and adjust according to your preferences.
10. Spoon the beef chaap onto a bed of basmati rice and garnish with more freshly chopped cilantro. Serve hot. Enjoy!
